UNCLAIMED OR ABANDONED ORDERS POLICY

Unclaimed or Abandoned Orders:

In the event that a customer fails to accept or arrange delivery of an order within the designated delivery window, the order shall be held in storage for a maximum period of three (3) calendar days following the original delivery date. A storage fee of $125 per day will be applied during this period and must be paid in full by the customer prior to the release of the order.

Should the customer fail to respond or take appropriate action within the three (3) calendar day storage period, the order will be deemed abandoned. In such cases, Eternal Fountains reserves the right to withdraw the item(s) from storage, cancel any further fulfillment of the order, and retain all funds paid by the customer. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances once the item has been deemed abandoned.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring timely responses to all communication, coordinating delivery, and otherwise preventing the forfeiture of the order. Failure to do so shall result in the loss of the item and payment.
