Damaged Items Upon Delivery

Inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage — even to the box — please note it when signing for delivery. If you can’t open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email clear photos to orders@eternalfountains.com. We’ll process a replacement or refund within 1 business day — no hassle, no delays.
