CANCELATION POLICY

At Eternal Fountains, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the high-value nature of our products, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.

Order Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order within 2 calendar days (48 hours) of placing it, for any reason, and receive a full refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@yourdomain.com or call us at +1 (307) 317-8947 within this 48-hour window. Cancellations requested after this period will be subject to the terms below.

Cancellations After 2 Days

If you request a cancellation after the initial 2-day window, your order will be eligible for a refund minus a 4% payment processing fee. This fee covers non-recoverable charges incurred through our payment provider.

If your order has already entered production or has been prepared by the manufacturer, an additional 15% manufacturer preparation/restocking fee will also apply. This fee covers costs incurred once production has begun.

In addition, any bonuses, promotional credits, or discounts applied to the original order will be subtracted from the final refund amount.

Please note:

• Cancellations are not guaranteed once your order has shipped.
• If the order has already been dispatched, our Return Policy will apply instead.

Important Notes

• The cancellation window is calculated from the exact time of order confirmation.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
• We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if we suspect abuse of our policy, if the item has already shipped, or if it has entered final stages of fulfillment.
