What if my product is damaged?

Inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, even to the box, note it when signing for delivery. If you can't open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged, send photos to orders@eternalfountains.com, and we'll process a replacement or refund within 1 business day.
