What if my product arrives damaged?
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If damage is noticed, even to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If damage is suspected but the package cannot be opened during delivery, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to orders@eternalfountains.com and we will arrange for a replacement or compensation.
