- Defective or Damaged Items: Notify us within 30 days if you receive a defective or damaged product. We'll facilitate the return process at no extra charge. Upon receipt, we'll either replace the item or issue a refund, which includes the original shipping fees.
- Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an item for reasons unrelated to its condition, you have 30 days to do so. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. You'll be responsible for the return shipping fees. Once received, we'll refund the item's cost, minus the initial shipping charges.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we'll promptly notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement.
