Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your shopping experience with us is hassle-free, which is why we've simplified our return and refund procedures for your convenience.

Return Policy Duration: You have a 30-day window to return items from the date of purchase. Returns initiated beyond this period cannot be accepted.

Shipping Costs: If an item is defective or not as expected, we cover the return shipping expenses. However, if you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you're responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items: Notify us within 30 days if you receive a defective or damaged product. We'll facilitate the return process at no extra charge. Upon receipt, we'll either replace the item or issue a refund, which includes the original shipping fees.

Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an item for reasons unrelated to its condition, you have 30 days to do so. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. You'll be responsible for the return shipping fees. Once received, we'll refund the item's cost, minus the initial shipping charges, applicable taxes, a 15% restocking fee, and a 4% payment processing fee.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we'll promptly notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method (unless otherwise specified by Crystal Quest policy, where store credit may be issued). Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement. Restocking Fee & Other Expenses: Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to most non-defective returns. Additionally, original expenses such as shipping fees, handling charges, applied discounts, sales tax, and a 4% payment processing fee may not be refundable unless the product was defective or shipped in error. These deductions will be applied before the refund amount is finalized.
